Refund Policy

A full refund will be given on cancellation received at least seven (7) days prior to an event, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing to the attention of the Treasurer of OSSEA. Any refund, less a $25 processing fee, on a cancellation of less than seven (7) days is at the discretion of the Treasurer and the appropriate event committee chair. (9/30/00)
